Heart Healing Ceremony

Cacao, Sound, Reiki & Restorative Movement

This sacred session is an invitation to soften, surrender, and reconnect with the wisdom of your heart. Guided with care and intention, we’ll journey through a ceremonial experience that blends plant medicine, sound healing, energy work, and gentle movement to open the heart space and awaken inner healing.

We begin with a warm cup of ceremonial cacao, a sacred plant known for its heart-opening properties. As the cacao gently works its way through your system, you'll be guided into restorative yoga postures—designed to support the chest, shoulders, and emotional body in soft release.

Throughout the session, you’ll receive a Reiki-infused sound bath, featuring the crystal singing bowl attuned to the heart chakra (Anahata)—allowing the vibrations to ripple through your body and energy field, creating balance and clearing space for love, forgiveness, and connection.

This experience is part of my AWAKEYIN approach—Applying Wisdom, Ancient Knowledge, Esotericism, and Embracing Your Inner Nourishment—drawing on ancient tools and intuitive healing practices to help you come home to yourself.
